Anthony Zachmann

After receiving a degree in Spanish at Texas A&M University in 2011, Anthony attended massage school and received his massage therapy license in Texas in 2013. He gained significant experience early on working with clients experiencing acute and chronic pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, sore muscles, and more.

One of two significant educational experiences that has shaped Anthony’s practice is Thai Massage. These techniques greatly enhanced his ability to help reduce pain. Later on, Anthony was led to studying Mayan Abdominal Massage in Austin, TX and Belize. Anthony did this work for two years during an apprenticeship working with many couples trying to become pregnant, people experiencing scar tissue in the abdomen, sacral and tailbone issues and so much more.

His apprenticeship also provided him education in Herbal Medicine and Nutrition including remedies from the rainforest, as well as Standard Process and MediHerb. Anthony uses all of these experiences to guide his work, blending a variety of modalities to create customized, unique bodywork sessions for each client.

In 2020, Anthony moved to Missouri to join his partner, Lindsey Chel, who also practices massage at Thrive for Life. He acquired his Missouri State Massage License and is excited to share his passion for massage and bodywork at Thrive for Life Chiropractic.
